Ash Shamal sits at the northern tip of the Qatar peninsula and is one of Qatar's municipalities. A relatively new growing area, Madinat As Shamal serves as an administration center for the small villages nearby. Only just over 100 km's north of the capital Doha, it is within comfortable driving distance. All though property listings are somewhat sparse in Ash Shamal right now, there is no doubt that in the not to distant future this will change to become another bustling metropolis.
